General Terms and Conditions

  1. Age Requirements:
    • Standard Vehicles: Driver must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.
    • Luxury Vehicles: Driver must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  2. Driver’s License:
    • Driver must present a valid driver’s license from their country of residence.
    • An International Driving Permit may be required for non-Australian drivers with International licence are subject to be additional charges for insurance purposes
  3. Insurance:
    • All rentals include basic liability insurance.
    • Additional insurance options, such as collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection, are available for purchase.
    • Customers must provide a valid credit card to secure the rental.
  4. Fuel Policy:
    • Vehicles are typically rented with a full tank of fuel.
    • Customers must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or pay a refueling charge.
  5. Rental Period:
    • Rentals are calculated by the day or week.
    • Late fees will apply if the vehicle is not returned on time.
  6. Mileage:
    • Most rentals include a specified mileage allowance.
    • Excess mileage charges will apply if the mileage limit is exceeded.
  7. One-Way Rentals:
    • One-way rentals may be available between select locations.
    • Additional fees may apply for one-way rentals.
  8. Vehicle Condition:
    • Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was received.
    • Any damage to the vehicle will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. No Smoking:
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rental vehicles.
    • Violations may result in cleaning fees.
  2. Pets:
    • Pets are not allowed in rental vehicles.
    • Violations may result in cleaning fees.
  3. Off-Road Driving:
    • Rental vehicles are not intended for off-road use.
    • Off-road driving is strictly prohibited and may void insurance coverage.
  4. Dropping Off the Vehicle:
    • Customers must return the vehicle to the designated rental location at the agreed-upon time.
    • Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
